Daily Prayer Spending daily time in the Word is a valuable habit to foster in students' lives. We do not want to replace the sweetness of time with God for mechanical event of doing the 'quiet time' thing so a QT has to arise out of a desire to spend time with God not out of guilt or a measure of spirituality contest. If a person desires a quite time it is often beneficial to follow the following steps:
1. Choose a good time and place
2. Tell someone you are beginning a QT
3. Choose a consistent comfortable pattern to your time and your content
4. Enjoy it
