Care

The ENHANCE division in ReachGlobal has been established to oversee and coordinate the ongoing care, training and development of our global family. Missionary care involves develolping inner resources (e.g. spiritual vitality, stress management, perseverance) and providing external resources (e.g. skill development, team building, coaching, and counseling). The goal is healthy and effective missionaries who carry out ReachGlobal's mission statement to glorify God by multiplying healthy churches among all people.

Personnel in the ENHANCE division provide

• pastoral care
• training
• coaching
• development for our families and individuals

Our team of 11 individuals is comprised of pastor-to-missionaries and member care specialists working with singles, families and missionary kids.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• debriefings
• personal visits
• seminar teaching
• team building
• publications
• counseling
• resourceing

We desire to encourage and equip our mision community for full health and effectiveness.
