Fair Share

Fair Share is an interdependent funding partnership between local churches, districts and national ministries. Together we are committed to serving local EFCA churches to help them grow in health and effectiveness.

The concept of Fair Share is simple. Each local church is asked to contribute a minimum of 1 - 2% of its annual budget to help fund national ministries, and a minimum of 1 - 2% of its annual budget to help fund district ministries. Each church then sends a separate check to its district and to the National Office with that support.

Fair Share participation is growing!  In 1999, 576 churches participated.  In 2000, that number grew to 730 churches.  Last year, over 800 churches contributed funds -- funds that make a larger impact than any single church, district or office can do alone. 

Our desire and expectation is that every EFCA congregation will participate in Fair Share.
