Director of Chaplain Ministries

Dr. Roy L. Bebee is the Director of Chaplain Ministries and the Endorsing Agent for military, federal and state correctional chaplains, as well as other institutional chaplains as required.  Chaplain Bebee served with the U.S. Navy for 33 years in a variety of settings including Aircraft Carriers, Medical Centers, CREDO retreat center, the Marine with the Free Church for 30 years. THE CHAPLAINS SERVICE

A voluntary association of EFCA institutional, military, vocational, and other chaplains who share prayer needs (via requests), information and resource ideas about their ministry, and collectively support one another in the various disciplines of chaplaincy.  One may volunteer to be a part of this association (a) by participating full-time, part-time, or voluntary chaplaincy ministry in any setting and (b) by being connected to the EFCA through a local church or holding Free Church ministerial credentials.  Dues requested are $50.00 per year to be sent to EFCA, Minneapolis.
